ZIEGLER offers the largest selection of cutterbar wagons on the European market with over 350 different models. We have set ourselves the goal of covering all our customers’ requirements for trolleys for harvesting attachments. Whether for grain cutting units, pick-up systems, corn pickers or other attachments.

One innovation is the universally popular V-Lock locking system from ZIEGLER. It allows the combine operator up to 30 cm tolerance when laying down the cutterbar – this is highly appreciated by our customers. In addition, the locking bolt only needs to be moved and not locked separately.

The base of each cutter carriage is a sturdy shaped tube (200 x 200 mm) – with different wall thickness depending on the cutting width. This means that our various support systems can be reused or switched through between the different models as required.

As standard, our cutterbar carriages are designed for travel speeds of up to 25 km/h. Optionally, each model can also be supplied as a 40 km/h version. Furthermore, we offer a variety of other options and special equipment. Depending on the customer’s requirements, the purpose of use and for almost any requirement placed on our cutterbar carriages.
