On the DISC MASTER LM the liquid manure outlets are located directly behind the first row of discs. This has the advantage that the liquid manure is immediately worked into the already loosened soil and immediately covered. The slurry hose and the outlets are connected in such a way that there can be no blockages in the hose and free flow is guaranteed.

The DISC MASTER LM is equipped with the Vogelsang ExaCut distribution head with air suction. All parts that come into contact with manure are made of stainless steel, all bearings are manure-resistant (manufacturer: SKF). Of course it can be supplied with many options for the normal disc harrows. Further highlights: Shorter design compared to normal disc harrows, enormous area coverage, mobile at up to 19 km/h and extended coupling points – thus suitable for almost all barrel manufacturers and self-propelled machines.

The ExaCut distributor from VOGELSANG is suitable for almost any application. It distributes the fertilizer precisely to the individual discharge hoses on a compact disc harrow. The heavy material separator cuts fibrous material and separates foreign matter to protect the entire spreading system. The continuous air suction prevents the formation of negative pressure in the outlets. Perfect cutting ring geometry, self-sharpening blades and a robust design ensure a long service life. Not least thanks to the distributor’s low-wear operation.
