The tine field is used for deep loosening. DISC UNIT

Our multifunction cultivator is equipped with a sophisticated disc unit. From meanwhile more than six years of experience in the field of disc harrows, our special fusion-welded disc carrier is also used in the RAPTOR from ZIEGLER. This guarantees maximum passage with maximum stability.

ZINC FIELD

The tine array is designed to achieve both maximum passage and perfect mixing of the soil. With a line spacing of 31 cm, the RAPTOR from ZIEGLER works effectively and mixes the entire surface of the soil. A working depth of up to 35 cm is achieved here. We also offer the full package of equipment options, from the shear bolt to the mechanical stone safety device and the hydraulic stone safety device. We also rely on the highest quality from German production for our tines and wear parts.

Baffles, which additionally throw the material forward and thus improve the straw distribution as well as the mixing, are mounted as standard on the RAPTOR from ZIEGLER.

REGISTRATION

The leveling discs are installed as standard on the RAPTOR from ZIEGLER. Equipped with 460 discs and maintenance-free bearings, they guarantee a clean level working pattern under all conditions in the long term. As a highlight, the slides are suspended in such a way that they adjust with the working depth: thus, a single adjustment to the respective ground conditions is sufficient. This eliminates the need for adjustment when changing the working depth.

ROAD DRIVING AND VEHICLE

During the development of our RAPTOR by ZIEGLER, the focus was also on road travel: due to the size and weight, it is essential that the machine has a smooth and safe tracking behavior. We achieved this with the help of both an optimal chassis position and an optimized tiller. In addition, three hitching options are available: Hitch 40/50s, K 80 ball and the lower link pendulum. Together with optimal tires, you make no compromises in road transport.
