With large ground clearance and robust tines, microsoil cultivation at the top of the soil is child’s play for the STRAW MASTER from ZIEGLER: large soil pores are closed and soil moisture is preserved. All this leads to accelerated and uniform germination of the seed. Due to its aggressive mode of operation, the straw harrow knocks out weeds at the germination stage.

In addition, the slug population is reduced: fewer weeds equal less food, slug nests are broken up by the tines of ZIEGLER’s STRAW MASTER and dry out. After harrowing, a fine crumb also remains, which accelerates the soil rotting enormously.

Another advantage: the high working speed of up to 28 km/h enables an immensely high hectare output per hour. Extremely robust tines ensure ideal distribution with an even working depth. The tine fields are folded up/down hydraulically and locked automatically. The angle of inclination of the tines can be adjusted continuously from the tractor cab.
