The ZIEGLER FLEX PROFI is available for almost all common cutterbars with working widths from 5.1 to 7.5 meters. It is by far the most favorable option for loss-free harvesting of soybeans and peas, for example. Due to its blade bar, which is flexible in height, it easily picks up the lowest sheets even on uneven terrain. The flexibility of the knife bar is up to 15 cm in height. Additional yields of 200 to 250 kg per hectare are therefore not a problem.

The blade system and the Pro-Drive of the mower blades come from Schumacher. An integrated stone catcher trough behind the transition plates protects the combine from foreign bodies. The floor runners of the FLEX PROFI specify the minimum cutting height: they can be individually adjusted in height according to customer requirements.

Leaf-spring supported swing arms prevent the table from pressing hard on the ground, thus avoiding annoying pushing of soil and dirtying of the mowing system. The narrow side walls prevent clogging in the outer area of the unit.

Thanks to the easy-to-assemble plug-in system, mounting and dismounting the FLEX PROFI is child’s play. A transport frame supplied as standard makes it much easier to maneuver the dismantled adapter. Conversion kits are available for all ZIEGLER cutterbar trolleys for depositing the cutterbar with FLEX PROFI.
