The FIELD PROFI series has now been on the market for over seven years. With experience and practical knowledge from customers all over the world, these cultivators have been constantly developed and optimized – up to today’s third generation. Today, the FILD PROFI is a mature, durable machine that offers a wide range of features. It can be used universally all year round and, thanks to our special frame concept, it offers enough passage to incorporate even large quantities of organic material without clogging, especially in spring use.

The frame itself is made enormously resistant, all critical points are reinforced with gusset plates. This makes it an extremely robust and durable machine. We also make no compromises when it comes to leveling. That is why our FIELD PROFI already has maintenance-free, bearing-mounted leveling discs in the basic equipment, which enable blockage-free work and provide a perfect working pattern under all conditions.

The adjustment is very easy and well thought out: the entire frame is adjusted centrally via two spindles and not each pair of discs individually. For the coulter system, we rely on a curved grind – perfect for optimal mixing of the soil with reduced fuel consumption compared to a straight grind. In addition, we work with 11 tines instead of the usual 10 (for machines with 3m working width). This is because many years of testing have shown that machines with 10 tines wear out faster and tend to side pull again and again. The issue of side draft is therefore no longer an issue with our FIELD PROFI and even with maximum worn coulter blades the machine runs cleanly. Another advantage is the constant uniform wear of the wear parts.

We also focus on operator comfort: we have made sure that, if possible, the operator does not have to leave the cab to adjust the machine. Because with our optionally available hydraulic depth control, the working depth is conveniently adjusted from the tractor during field operation. The FIELD PROFI maintains the pressure independently thanks to its own hydraulic system with locking block. This ensures a consistent depth setting even on older tractors. Furthermore, the working depth can also be individually limited mechanically with metal plates.

The FIELD PROFI leaves a well-mixed, fine-crumbled soil structure with ideal reconsolidation: the perfect mulch seedbed. It has one of the largest row spacing on the market. The installed leveling discs are equipped with high-quality, permanently lubricated and maintenance-free bearings from SKF. For full-surface and ideal leveling, the discs are individually adjustable and optionally individually secured against overload with spiral springs. From 4m working width with hydraulic depth control as standard. Thanks to retractable plates, the depth can be limited mechanically.
