ROLLERS

ZIEGLER currently has seven roller types in its range: The open bar roller (1) with its large, helically arranged tubes offers a very high load-bearing capacity with a low weight. The roof ring roller (2) cracks hard clods very well with its sharp edges. Wide shoulders prevent sinking in dry or light conditions. With the spring stamp roller (3), each ring consists of four individually replaceable springs, which vibrate constantly during use: ideal in damp conditions. The steel ring roller (4) has a cutting edge with a wide shoulder and thus ensures good reconsolidation. U-profile and double U-profile rollers (5&6) are all-rounders for almost all soil conditions. The double crumbler roller (7) leaves an extremely even and fine seedbed surface – ideal protection for a fresh seedbed.

SPREADER

LEHNER VENTO – The powerful pneumatic spreader with infinitely variable 12 volt high-performance blower. Thanks to its extra powerful 12 volt blower, the VENTO® can be used to spread mixtures of fine and coarse seeds, catch crops, micro-granules, fertilizers and grasses much more efficiently and cost-effectively than with a hydraulic solution.

LEHNER AIRDOS – The AirDos® pneumatic tube spreader can be mounted on a wide variety of soil tillage implements in just a few simple steps to save time by combining spreading with another operation. With the infinitely variable blower, mixtures of fine and coarse seeds, fine seeds, fertilizer, micro-granules and grasses can be precisely metered (max. 30 kg/ha).

LEHNER SUPERVARIO – The SuperVario® is a universal spreader for agriculture that is operated independently of other drives, such as cardan or hydraulic, thanks to its 12 V drive. This means that two work steps can often be combined into one, saving time and reducing costs in the long term.

The SUPERVARIO spreaders can also be optionally controlled with the LEHNER-LISA app: To connect, scan the QR code on the spreader, confirm and you’re ready to go with your own mobile device. Time-saving installation, as no control cable needs to be laid and no control panel needs to be fitted. For spreader operation, monitoring and entering all device settings including product management Features include Empty indicator, day/night mode, acoustic/visual warning, driving mode, AUTO-DOSIS included, manual operation, EHR monitoring, area counter, adjustable boost function, four memory buttons, etc. According to the manufacturer, the other two spreaders will also be controllable with the LISA app from mid-2025.
